When golf courses are forced to close due to weather, updates will be posted on the online tee sheets and in the Golf Rockford app. Download today!
District-wide closings, emergency alerts, and other major disruptions will also be posted on Rockford Park District websites and select social media channels, when deemed necessary by our staff.
🚧 Temporary Closures | Construction Alerts
🚨 The ice rink at Carlson Ice Arena is currently closed for maintenance. Programs and lessons have been cancelled or moved to Riverview Ice House when possible. Sapora Playworld and Carlson Ice Arena customer experience remain open during regular business hours.
Capital improvement projects, emergency and routine maintenance, and some community events result in the Rockford Park District having to close down streets, paths, parks, and facilities throughout the year. Stay updated on the current closures at the link below.
