GENERAL INFORMATION

  • Lifeguards are responsible for rule enforcement and responding to emergencies only. Guests who enter the facility with children are responsible for actively supervising them at all times.

  • Groups who enter the facility are responsible for actively supervising their members at all times. Understand that if your group is not being actively supervised (as determined by the facility manager), they may be asked to leave. Groups must bring with them a list of all members and their emergency contacts in case of an emergency. Groups are also encouraged to use distinguishing colors to identify members; for example, wearing same color t-shirts, yarn bracelets, etc. Click here for more information on pool parties and group rentals.

  • All children aged 3 and under must wear tightly fitting reusable plastic pants whether they are toilet trained or not. (NOTE: Commercial swim diapers such as Huggieโ€™s Little Swimmers are not acceptable without the tightly fitting reusable plastic swim pants.)

  • Only U.S. Coast Guard approved floatation devices may be used in the pool. How to identify a coast guard approved item? Look for phrases such as U.S. COAST GUARD APPROVED or FLOTATION AID- TYPE III PFD on the manufacturer label.

  • Children 11 years of age and younger must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18 years or older) at all times.

  • Only appropriate bathing suits are to be worn in the pool (NOTE: cutoffs, shorts with zippers, buttons or buckles, items with metal fasteners and rivets, and โ€œthongโ€ bikinis are prohibited). Swim trunks MUST have a liner. Those wearing inappropriate swim attire will be asked to change or leave.

  • Walk at all times (NOTE: running and jumping into the pool is prohibited).

  • Horseplay (dunking, pushing, excessive splashing, etc.) is prohibited.

  • As a family-friendly facility, we ask all that all patrons respect the rights of others, follow the code of conduct, and listen to the pool staff.


Diving and Slide Rules

  • Listen to instructions given by pool staff at all times. They will communicate when it is your turn to either dive or go down the slide (ONE PERSON AT A TIME).

  • Make sure the well area is clear before diving or going down the slide

  • Slide down feet first only

  • Do not double bounce on the diving board

  • Dive straight off the board

  • Do not swim under the diving board

  • Exit the pool by using the closet ladder

  • Report any safety hazards to the pool staff

  • Remember that serious injury can occur as a result of improper use โ€“ please use caution at all times!


CODE OF CONDUCT


BAG CHECK POLICY

All bags must be checked upon entering. Towels are subject to inspection, so we ask that you have them unrolled in advance. To ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable visit, the following items are not permitted into the facility:

  • No Weapons

  • No Glass

  • No Open Beverage Containers

  • No Alcohol

  • No tubes or water rafts

  • No smoking or the use of electronic cigarettes or smokeless tobacco products


COOLER POLICY

One (1) cooler is permitted, per household. All coolers must be checked upon entering. Any prohibited items such as glass, open beverage containers, and alcohol will be removed and properly disposed of. Outside food is not allowed to be delivered to the pool (Doordash, UberEATS, etc.).
