Help Kids Play

Each year, more than 30,000 kids participate in Rockford Park District programs, having fun while developing crucial life skills. Every child deserves the chance to play sports, go to camp, ride a horse, and more.

The goal of the Rockford Park District Foundation is to raise $100,000 each year to fund the Help Me Play program, which helps to sustain youth programming and provide opportunities for all kids to play, and help keep kids safe, healthy, and active.

Monetary donations to Help Me Play provide support for youth programs, neighborhood playground programs and playground repair/replacement, and fee assistance for Park District lessons, programs, and facility admissions for those who qualify. By keeping youth actively engaged, the Park District helps decrease juvenile crime in the community.

The Rockford Park District Foundation welcomes donations online or by phone at 815-987-1675.
