Initially, your user name is your household ID as found on a previous registration receipt. The password is the same. The system will then ask you to change your password for security purposes.

If you do not know what your household ID is, you may select the "Contact our Office" option and include your name, address and phone for verification purposes. Please include a way for us to contact you. Or, you may call our Customer Service Department at 815-987-8800, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5 pm CST.

Create a "New User" account. The information will be reviewed. You will receive notification of your user name and password within three business days.

Click on "Forgot your Password?" Answer the questions and an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address on file.

Click on "My Account." Then click on the "Change Password and PIN" link.

VISA, MasterCard and Discover are accepted for on-line registrations.

Yes. Click on "My Account." Then click on the "Pay Old Balances" link.

If you know the activity number: Click on "Shop" and select "Activity Enrollment" link. Enter the activity number.

If you do not know the activity number: Use the search features and select the shopping cart next to the desired activity section.

Select the person to register from the drop down list.
Add the activity to the shopping cart.
You must agree to any waivers that appear before registration will be accepted.
Continue shopping or go to checkout.
Confirm person and price.
Enter credit card information.
Proceed to authorize the credit card and get a receipt. A receipt will also be e-mailed to the e-mail address on file.

• Only those activities with a shopping art next to them are available for on-line registration
• Web registrations are only accepted up to one week before registration ends
• Some activities may not be available for online registration
• Registration has not yet begun for the activity
• The activity is full or canceled

If an activity allows waitlist enrollment online, you will be allowed to enroll. Payment is expected in full for waitlist enrollments.

If a credit balance appears on your account, you may have overpaid for a previous registration or withdrew from an activity without requesting a refund.

When registering online, all credit balances will be applied during the registration process.

The transaction is complete when the screen shows the receipt. Print the receipt for your records.

When viewing the shopping cart, click on the Remove button next to the unwanted activity.

The system will display a receipt as well as e-mail one to the e-mail address on file. Print the receipt that is displayed for your records.

The e-mail address on file may be incorrect. Click on "My Account." Then click on "Change Household Data" link. Review the e-mail address on file. Click on "My Account" and select "Reprint a Receipt" to reprint your receipt.

These must be made by calling Customer Service at 815-987-8800 or the facility office.

Select the back browser button to return to the last screen you were on.

Select "Sign Out" to return to the main Online Registration screen. Then select "Return to our home page" located in the lower left hand corner.
