Financial Assistance "Fun For All Kids"
FFAK Guidelines:
If you require financial assistance and live within the Rockford Park District boundaries, your childen may qualify for the Fun For All Kids financial assistance program. Qualified applicants can receive up to 75% off registration fees for Rockford Park District programs. 2012 scholarship funds may be redeemed now through January 31, 2013. After scholarship funds have been applied, participants are responsible to pay their portion of program costs at the time of registration.
NOTE: Daily admissions, private lessons, and season passes are NOT available through Fun for All Kids.
Fee assistance
Customers of all ages with disabilities who meet fee assisatance guidelines and are resisdents of the Park District may be eligible for the fee assistance program.
Qualifying FFAK applicants can purchase Fun For All Kids Ticket Packets at a discounted rate of $25 per packet. FFAK Tickets Packets provide individual admissions to a wide variety of Park District programs and facilities. Only one ticket packet may be purchased per child per year. Each ticket packet contains $190 in value to do these fun recreational activities:
- 2 - One-day Magic Waters passes*
- 8 - Pool passes to AlpinePool or Sand Park Pool*
- 4 - Rounds of golf at Ingersoll*
- 4 - Small buckets of golf balls at Elliot or Learning Links*
- 4 - Ice Skating passes*
- 1 - Trail Ride pass*
- 4 - Pony or Hay ride passes*
- 4 - Forest Queen passes*
*Children under age 10 must be accomplanied by someone 16 or older
Each ticket packet is assigned to the qualified child to use as admission to these Park District facilities. Coupons are valid for use in 2012 only. We also have a tot booklet for $10 for children age 2 and under.
