• You may call the Purchasing Department Office at 815-969-4062 to arrange for the pick up of a bid packet between the hours of 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays. We are located at the Webbs Norman Center, 401 S. Main Street, STE 119, Rockford, Illinois, 61101-1321

Purchasing Department Quotes If you download a quote or proposal you are required to notify the Rockford Park District Purchasing Department that you have done so. Please complete and fax the "Addendum Notification" form included in the quote or proposal packet to 815-987-1592.
