Jr. FIRE
For kids ages 3-5 years old who would like to be exposed to the fundamentals of track and field, recreation, nutrition, sportsmanship and self-esteem building. Practice is on Monday and Wednesday, 6-7 pm. Participants will receive a Rockford FIRE t-shirt and will participate in three meets where awards will be given to all participants.

FIRE
For ages 5-18 years old beginners to intermediate level athletes who would like to be challenged by a higher level of expectation, achievement and responsibility. Participants are expected to attend two practices per week. Participants will receive a FIRE uniform to use for each meet, a FIRE t-shirt, plus participate in three local meets and two regional meets. Participants will practice on Monday and Wednesday 6-7 pm. Parents are responsible for travel to all regional meets.
