Rules and Policies
- Appropriate bathing suits are required for guests using attractions in the waterpark. You must wear a lined swim suit. No street clothes, cut-offs, athletic clothing or "thong" bikinis are allowed. In addition, no swim wear with buttons, snaps, rivets or zippers is allowed. Aqua-sock are allowed in the wavepool, Splash Magic River, Adventure Island and the Little Lagoon.
- Glass containers, knives, alcohol and BBQ grills are prohibited.
- Tents, canopies, or large umbrellas are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed in the waterpark.
- One 48 quart or smaller container per family will be allowed into the park. All food items must be placed inside the container. Enjoy our new Luau Lane tailgate areas located outside the park.
- Cameras are not allowed in restrooms or the bathhouse.
- Pool safety rules are strictly enforced. Children age 9 and under, must always be under the direct supervision of a swimming guardian who is age 16 or older. Guardian must be within an arm's reach of the child(ren) at all times.
- To provide our guests with a high degree of health safety, all children age three and under must wear tightly fitting reusable plastic pants whether or not they are toilet-trained. A simple plastic pant is available free of charge with a paid admission, or swim pants in a variety of prints and patterns are available for purchase. (Note: Commercial swim diapers such as Huggie's Little Swimmers are not acceptable without the tightly fitting reusable plastic swim pants worn over the top of them.)
- Some rides are subject to height and weight restrictions.
- Rain Policy: We want you to be absolutely sure that your trip to Magic Waters will be filled with "Waves of Fun!" Hang on to your tickets and receipt. If we have to close the rides down for one hour or more because of inclement weather, you ticket will be validated for a complimentary return visit any time during the 2008 season.
- Smoking Policy: Magic Waters is a smoke-free facility.
