There is nothing more exciting for a dog than to run around off-leash, and play in a nice, dog-friendly park. Play is an important thing for a dog to do and pretty important for humans too. Canine Corners dog parks are great places for people who share an interest to socialize while engaged in their favorite activity…watching their dogs at play.

The Rockford Park District provides dog owners with two locations for Canine Corners – Searls Park in west Rockford and Elliot Park in east Rockford (with two enclosed areas). These parks are open year-round from dawn to dusk, and they are fenced so that dogs are safely contained off-leash, with brush and paths for a great field experience.
